For non-European countries, GASSAN first chargers a price that includes VAT. However once the customer has received the item, we transfer the tax refund to the account which was used by a client in order to complete the purchase.

GASSAN offers a Tax Free service in collaboration with Global Blue. Please see bellow how to claim you tax refund: 1. Our sales staff will provide you with a Global Blue Tax Refund form and an attached sales receipt. Fill in this form carefully. 2. At the airport or port, go to the Customs desk and present your completed Tax Free Form, passport, receipts then get a stamp on your Global Blue form. Please note: if you visit several countries within the EU, you must have your form stamped at the last airport before you leave the EU. 3. Go to the nearby desk or office displaying a Global Blue logo. In some cases you can find it in the currency exchange. Present your stamped Tax Free Form and your travel passport. You can choose if you wish to receive the refund in cash or by credit card. GASSAN Diamonds also provides an Early Cash Refund Kiosk on the first and second floor. How does this work? 1. Scan passport and complete personal details 2. Scan Tax Free Form (from any retailer) 3. Insert the credit card (for refund) 4. Take receipt confirming the refund 5. Do not forget to still stamp you Global blue form at the airport or port.
